What a cabana actually includes

A cabana at an Atlanta pool party is a reserved section with seating, shade, and a host. At Project Mayhem 2026, each cabana includes:

• A dedicated, numbered section at the pool deck
• Bottle(s) of liquor based on tier (1 to 4 bottles)
• Mixers and ice
• Wristbands for the guest count of the section (6, 8, 10, or 12)
• A section host to handle the table
• Shade — important for the upper-80s May heat

What's not included: outside alcohol (not allowed), additional guests beyond the section cap (those would need their own GA), and food (food is sold on-site separately).

The five cabana tiers at Project Mayhem

There are 25 sections per tier — 125 cabanas total across the venue.

• 1-Bottle Cabana — $350 · section for 6, 1 bottle. Entry tier, good for a tight crew.
• 2-Bottle Cabana — $600 · section for 8, 2 bottles. Most picked. Sweet spot on price-per-head.
• 3-Bottle Cabana — $900 · section for 10, 3 bottles. Big crew energy.
• 4-Bottle Cabana — $1,200 · section for 12, 4 bottles. Top tier, the whole roster.
• (General Admission — $20 wristband, no section.)

Math check: a 4-Bottle Cabana works out to $100/head for 12 guests with 4 bottles included. A 2-Bottle is $75/head for 8 guests with 2 bottles included. Hard to beat that math against ordering bottles à la carte at a comparable Atlanta venue.

How to book + what to expect day-of

Cabanas are reserved through projectmayhematl.com. After purchase:

• You get a confirmation email with your section + the day-of schedule.
• The shuttle pickup point and run schedule are emailed and texted closer to the event.
• You'll ride the shuttle from the central Atlanta pickup point to the Fairburn venue — personal vehicles are not allowed at the venue.
• On arrival, you'll check in at a dedicated cabana line, get banded for your guest count, and your host will walk you to your section.

Bring: photo ID (18+), swim attire / pool-party fit, towel, sunscreen, a card for any à la carte add-ons.

Why a cabana on Memorial Day Monday is the move

Memorial Day Monday's calendar is much thinner than Saturday or Sunday, which means cabana inventory hasn't been picked over by people who already burned the weekend. If your crew of 6–12 has been waiting all month for one well-orchestrated outing, Monday at Project Mayhem is the slot that delivers the most bang per cabana dollar.
