Atlanta Bachelorette Pool Party — Memorial Day Weekend 2026
Cabana math for a bachelorette / girls trip
Cabanas at Project Mayhem are sized exactly for bachelorette and girls-trip crews:
- 6 people → 1-Bottle Cabana, $350. ~$58/head with 1 bottle.
- 8 people → 2-Bottle Cabana, $600. $75/head with 2 bottles. (Most-picked tier.)
- 10 people → 3-Bottle Cabana, $900. $90/head with 3 bottles.
- 12 people → 4-Bottle Cabana, $1,200. $100/head with 4 bottles.
All cabanas include a section, bottle service, mixers, ice, host, and wristbands for the listed guest count. Outside alcohol not allowed.
Stack with the Ladies Free RSVP
Here's the move: if you book a cabana that includes wristbands for your full crew, you're set. But if you have additional friends joining (sister-in-law, cousin from out of town), put their names on the Ladies Free Before 5 PM RSVP list. First 100 ladies who RSVP get free entry pre-5. Show up by 5 PM with ID, no extra cover.
After 5 PM, the all-day $20 wristband applies for any additions — still cheap insurance for last-minute joiners.
Logistics — the shuttle is the unlock
For a bachelorette trip, the included shuttle is the single biggest convenience. No DD, no parking, no Ubers for 12 people:
- The shuttle loops continuously from a central Atlanta pickup point to the Fairburn venue, all day
- Reusable wristband — hop on any time between 1 and 8 PM
- Personal vehicles aren't allowed at the venue (lot stays clear)
- Pickup point + run schedule are emailed and texted to ticket holders
Book your group an Airbnb or hotel near the pickup point and the whole day is plug-and-play.
What to bring
Bachelorette bag list:
- ID for every member of the crew (18+ enforced)
- Cabana confirmation email
- Sashes, glasses, banners (no glass containers — keep it plastic)
- Swim attire, cover-ups, towels
- Sunscreen, sunglasses, hats
- Card for on-site purchases
- Backup power bank for phones (the day is long)
What not to bring: outside alcohol (not allowed, cabana bottles are included), glass, large bags.
